Summary
Welcome guests upon arrival at villas and provide assistance with luggage handling
Escort guests to their assigned villa, explain key features, and ensure comfort during check-in
Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for timely villa readiness and guest requests
Handle luggage storage and retrieval efficiently while maintaining security and care
Assist guests with transportation arrangements within the property (buggy service, transfers)
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services
Deliver amenities, packages, and special requests to villas in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell desk, luggage room, and buggy area
Support in managing guest departures, including luggage collection and transportation assistance
Uphold safety standards and ensure professional grooming and courteous behavior at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Bell Attendant or similar role in a luxury hotel environment
Good physical stamina and ability to handle luggage and outdoor tasks
Excellent communication and guest service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
