Join our team as a Bell Attendant in the vibrant city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates! We're looking for a friendly and professional individual to be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests. As a Bell Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our guests' comfort from the moment they arrive.
Greet guests warmly and assist them with their luggage upon arrival and departure
Provide timely and efficient delivery of guests' belongings to their rooms
Offer personalized orientation of guest rooms, highlighting key features and amenities
Maintain a strong presence in the lobby, serving as a brand ambassador for our property
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Assist with valet parking services when required
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation in Dubai
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and luggage storage areas
Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve any issues
Adhere to all safety and security protocols while handling guests' belongings
Qualifications
Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Bell Attendant in a luxury hotel or resort
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
Professional appearance and impeccable grooming standards
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's attractions, dining scene, and local culture
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in using hotel management software and point-of-sale systems
* Valid UAE driver's license (preferred)
