We are looking to hire a Behavioural Support Lead to join our team effective Immediately February 2026 - AY 25-26.
To Support Heads of Year on a day-to-day basis with pastoral and behaviour issues as they arise.
To help facilitate the highest quality support for the students.
To deal with social and emotional needs of the students.
Promote safeguarding and students' wellbeing.

Able to build strong relationships with students and gain their trust. Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion. Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and school personnel. Knowledge of counselling theories, techniques, and practices related to social and emotional development.
