A leading mental health care center in Dubai is seeking an experienced
Arabic-speaking BCBA
to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children and adults with behavioral and developmental needs through evidence-based therapy and intervention programs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and design individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train behavior therapists and support staff
Monitor and evaluate client progress, updating programs as needed
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure all practices align with ethical and clinical standards
Requirements:
Valid BCBA certification
(Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
UAE professional license
(DHA/DOH/MOH) - mandatory
Minimum
2-3 years of relevant experience
, preferably in the UAE
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and intervention strategies
Excellent communication skills in
Arabic and English
Compassionate, professional, and able to work independently
