Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
professional training sessions
in Makeup, Skincare, and Beaut services (theory + practical).
Demonstrate
makeup techniques
, skincare procedures, and product applications according to international standards.
Train students on
bridal, fashion, HD, and creative makeup
, as well as
basic to advanced beauty treatments
(facials, waxing, threading, etc.).
Prepare and update
lesson plans, training schedules, and assessments
for different levels (beginner to advanced).
Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a
safe, hygienic, and professional environment
at all times.
Stay updated with
latest beauty trends, tools, and product innovations
.
Assist in developing course modules and new beauty programs as per market trends.
Participate in
academy events, exhibitions, and workshops
when required.
Maintain records of student attendance, results, and portfolio progress.
Support marketing activities by occasionally doing
demo sessions, photoshoots, or promotional videos
.
Requirements:
Proven
experience as a Makeup or Beauty Trainer / Professional Artist
(minimum 2-3 years).
Strong
portfolio
showcasing makeup and beauty work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage diverse groups of students with patience and professionalism.
Relevant
certifications (CIBTAC / KHDA / CIDESCO)
are a plus.
Must be presentable, confident, and passionate about teaching and the beauty industry.
