We are currently assisting our prestigious client, a luxury aesthetic clinic in Dubai, in hiring a talented Beauty Therapist / Laser Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality beauty treatments, including laser therapy, while providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional and growing team in a state-of-the-art clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform laser treatments (such as hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmentation treatments, etc.) with expertise, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

- Provide a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, and massages, tailored to individual patient needs.

- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatments.

- Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained, including the proper cleaning and sterilization of equipment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and laser treatment techniques, equipment, and industry trends.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all treatments provided, including client progress and any concerns or observations.

- Deliver excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-treatment concerns.

- Collaborate with the clinic's medical and aesthetic teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

- Assist in maintaining a positive, friendly, and welcoming clinic environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong background in laser treatments.

- Relevant certifications in laser therapy and beauty therapy (such as ITEC, CIDESCO, or equivalent).

- In-depth knowledge of beauty and skincare products, treatments, and trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

- Prior experience in a luxury or high-end aesthetic clinic is highly desirable.
