. You will be responsible for providing exceptional client care while actively promoting and selling treatments, packages, and products.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, laser hair removal, body contouring, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures as per clinic standards.
Conduct thorough consultations, assess client needs, and recommend suitable services.
Upsell and cross-sell treatments and retail products confidently and ethically.
Achieve individual and branch sales targets on a monthly basis.
Maintain treatment records, consent forms, and follow-up schedules.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Assist with front desk tasks, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
Participate in staff trainings, product knowledge sessions, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
DHA LICENCE
Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist.
Proven sales experience
in a clinic or spa environment is
mandatory
.
Ability to
achieve and exceed sales targets
consistently.
Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
