motivated and dynamic Beauty Salons Account Executive
to promote and sell our premium hair care brands to salons and beauty professionals. This role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving brand visibility in the professional beauty market.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, hairstylists, and key decision-makers.
Identify and onboard new salon accounts within assigned territory.
Present, demonstrate, and promote hair care products to salon professionals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide product training and after-sales support to clients.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and in-salon demonstrations.
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams for timely deliveries and promotional campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in the professional beauty or salon industry.
Knowledge of hair care treatments and salon services.
Bilingual: Arabic & English preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Valid Qatar Driving License ( with own car ) and QID (with transferable sponsorship).
