We're looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented
Account Executive
/
Coordinator
to join our team in Dubai. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and enjoy managing both clients and creatives, this might be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate bookings of models, promoters, and event staff for various campaigns and shoots
Liaise with clients to understand staffing needs, briefings, and timelines
Assist with casting, scheduling, and availability checks
Maintain and update the talent database (models, hostesses, performers, etc.)
Follow up on client feedback and ensure smooth execution on-site
Assist with project coordination for events and activations
Occasionally attend events/shoots for on-site supervision when needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in
event coordination
,
staffing
, or
talent/marketing agency
is a big plus
Strong communication and people skills (English fluency is a must)
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects
Comfortable with client interaction and problem-solving
Based in Dubai and familiar with the local event scene is a plus
Driving license is a plus, but not mandatory
