to join our beauty salon/spa. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering a wide range of beauty and wellness services while providing exceptional customer care. The therapist must maintain high hygiene standards, demonstrate strong technical skills, and create a welcoming, relaxing experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities Beauty & Treatment Services
Perform
facials and skin care treatments
(cleansing, exfoliation, masks, basic anti-aging treatments)
Provide
body treatments
(scrubs, wraps, relaxation massage)
Carry out
waxing services
(full body, face )
Deliver
manicure and pedicure services
, including basic nail care
Conduct
threading and eyebrow shaping
Perform
face lifting massage / lymphatic massage
Recommend suitable treatments and home-care products based on client needs
Client Care & Experience
Conduct professional
client consultations
before treatments
Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times
Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat visits
Handle client feedback professionally and report concerns to management
Hygiene & Salon Standards
Maintain
strict hygiene and sanitation standards
in treatment rooms and tools
Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service
Follow salon policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
Support overall salon cleanliness and organization
Team & Business Support
Work collaboratively with reception and salon team
Assist with retail product promotion and upselling when appropriate
Support promotional activities and seasonal offers
Keep treatment knowledge updated through training
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Beauty Therapist / All-Rounder
Strong knowledge of
skin types, products, and treatment techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours
Preferred (Advantage)
Experience in
massage therapy, or advanced facial treatments
Knowledge of retail product sales
UAE experience and multicultural client handling
