Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations
- Organize employees' shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
- Order Hair & beauty products.
- Manager product inventory
- Arrange for regular maintenance & services for all equipment
- Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
- Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
- Promote services, products and discounts - working with Marketing Team on social media strategy and
- ideas
- Run competitions, giveaways, offers discount packages to attract new customers
- Manage all transactions & refund requests
- Hire and train beauticians, as needed
- Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g., daily, monthly and quarterly)
- Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g., for skin care)
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace
- Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is a plus
- Candidates should be available in Doha - Qatar
- Candidate should provide NOC and sponsorship transfer
- Candidate should be available to join immediately
- Candidate must be fluent in both English and Arabic
