Our commitment lies in enhancing beauty and skin health through scientifically-proven products. : We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to represent our brand in pharmacies and clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising customers and healthcare professionals on our skincare products, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the face of Skin care brand in pharmacies and clinics, providing expert knowledge about our skincare products. - Conduct skin assessments and consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy and clinic staff to enhance product visibility and recommendation. - Educate customers and healthcare staff about product features, usage, and benefits. - Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and our product range to provide accurate information. - Organize and manage product displays to attract customers and promote sales. - Collect feedback from customers and healthcare professionals and report back to the management for quality improvement. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the brand. - Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Qualifications: - A diploma or degree in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field. - Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor, preferably in skincare, in a pharmacy or clinical setting. - Strong understanding of skincare products and the ability to communicate benefits effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - A friendly, approachable, and confident demeanor. - Passionate about beauty and skincare. - Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as required. - Basic computer skills for reporting and administrative tasks.
