We are looking for a talented, dynamic Skin Concierge, to drive the sell-out in Harvey Nichols Dubai. Position Approaching customers and achieving sales
- To achieve sales by adhering to Noble Panacea\xe2\x80\x99s selling and Training guidelines.
- Approach customers with an enthusiastic and easy-going opening
- Traffic stop with \xe2\x80\x98new\xe2\x80\x99 launches or marketing focused promotions etc
- Listen and identify customer needs
- Ask the appropriate follow up questions in a friendly manner
- Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation
- Proactively organise external events to generate business
- Ensure customer records are kept up to dates on Data collection system and contacted regularly
- Host seasonal in store trainings for retailer teams
- Report on competitive training programs in the field
- Execute New Hire Onboardings for store staff
- Complete a weekly business plan to be reviewed with RSM to compliment the marketing calendar
- Arrange tailored events and on counter activity to ensure business plan is delivered
- Awareness of competitor activity
- Complete all paperwork and administration required accurately and on time
- Ensure stock levels are being maintained and are sufficient for all retail expectations
- Ensure the counter is spotlessly clean and well maintained
- Make certain the counter is fully stocked and that all products are stored by category and shade
- All displays are strictly in accordance with Company Visual Merchandising guidelines and planograms
- Make sure any counter issues are promptly communicated to RSM
- High School diploma
- At least 5 years of experience of working in the luxury industry
- At least 2 years of skincare experience
- Having therapist certificate would be a plus
- Driven to exceed KPI\'s and motivated by achievement of self and team
- Dedicated to delivering a memorable customer experience
- Fluent in English & Russian
- Good organizational skills, quick learner, self-starter and highly motivated.
- High energy level and positive approach to job and responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic about customer service and creating a 5-star customer service experience
- Full week availability to work five days per week including peak trading hours and weekends.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
- Skin Care Product: 4 years (Required)
- Russian and Fluent English (Required)
