Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend suitable beauty products by explaining features, benefits, and usage to customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting products based on brand preference, variant, and color requirements.
  • Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase average transaction value and overall sales.
  • Address customer queries professionally and ensure a positive in-store experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints in line with approved customer service standards.
  • Follow service protocols including greeting customers, offering assistance, and maintaining engagement.
  • Monitor product availability, shelf life, and replenishment of displayed items.
  • Ensure safekeeping of merchandise to minimize shrinkage, damage, and pilferage.
  • Maintain accurate shelf labels and update pricing in line with weekly changes.
  • Display merchandise according to planograms and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned store area.
  • Support store promotions by setting up marketing materials and displays.
  • Comply with company policies related to attendance, grooming, conduct, and operational procedures.
Ideal Profile
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in retail, preferably within beauty or fashion segments.
  • Good knowledge of beauty products, fashion trends, and customer preferences.
  • Experience in retail operations including stock handling, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
