About the Role:
We are seeking a charismatic and professional Female Hostess to join our vibrant restaurant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Guest Welcome:
Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.Guest Needs Assessment:
Determine guests' dining preferences and seating requirements.Seating Management:
Manage the seating chart and assign tables to guests.Restaurant Monitoring:
Observe restaurant activity to ensure a smooth dining flow.Guest Inquiries:
Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.Operational Duties:
Perform opening and closing duties as needed.Team Collaboration:
Assist fellow team members and other departments.Requirements:
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Russian / Italian / French / Spanish / Ukrainian is preferred.Personality:
A pleasant and good-looking personality is required.Customer Service:
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on warmth and friendliness.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,500.00 per month
