Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving corporate sales of Group Health Insurance products across the UAE. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and ensuring client satisfaction through customized health insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for Group Health Insurance.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote health insurance solutions.
Conduct meetings and presentations with HR heads, finance managers, and company decision-makers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with underwriting and operations teams.
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
Stay updated on insurance products, pricing trends, and competitor offerings in the UAE market.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE insurance regulations (HAAD, DHA, MOH).
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, claims, and customer service) to deliver seamless service.
Participate in networking events and business forums to enhance brand visibility and client base.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate or group health insurance sales in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE insurance market and regulations.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
