strategic and dynamic Business Development Manager
to lead client acquisition and relationship development efforts with
High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
across
Europe, Africa, and Asia
.
You will play a key role in expanding our international footprint by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our premium offerings to a discerning global clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and engage High-Net-Worth Individuals, family offices, and private investors across key cities in
Europe, Africa, and Asia
.
Develop and implement region-specific strategies to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
Nurture long-term relationships with private clients by providing tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align outreach efforts with company goals.
Maintain a strong pipeline and provide detailed reporting on business development activities, conversion rates, and market intelligence.
Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's reputation for excellence, integrity, and discretion.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 years
of experience in a business development or client-facing sales role focused on HNWIs or premium clientele.
Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships across
Europe, Africa, and/or Asia
.
Existing network within luxury sectors, private banking, wealth management, real estate, or investment advisory is highly desirable.
Excellent understanding of cultural nuances and business etiquette in international markets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in
English
; additional languages such as
French, Arabic, Mandarin, or Russian
are highly advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. (MBA preferred.)
