Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new SME clients
for medical insurance solutions.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses.
Understand client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting and networking.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
3 to 5+ years of B2B sales experience (Medical Insurance preferred).
Proven ability to acquire new clients and close deals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a
hunter mentality
to drive business growth.
Currently based in Dubai with a deep understanding of the local market.
