Who We're Looking For



We are seeking a

Business Development Executive

with a strong track record in IT solution sales--preferably in CRM or ERP domains such as Microsoft Dynamics. This role demands a go-getter who can strategically identify new opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to our continued growth in global markets.

What You'll Do



Drive sales by identifying customer requirements, recommending solutions, and managing the full sales cycle through to closure.

Conduct daily selling activities including prospecting, client meetings, demonstrations, and proposal presentations.

Maintain up-to-date records in internal CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and account details.

Deliver timely, customized solution proposals that address client challenges and objectives.

Work collaboratively with channel partners and internal teams to build pipeline and close deals.

Participate in strategic account planning and territory development activities.

What You Bring



3-5 years of proven success in major account sales, preferably in the IT solution space.

Experience selling CRM/ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and business decision-makers.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Deep understanding of the software/technology landscape.

Strong organizational skills and ability to think on your feet in dynamic situations.

Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and manage pipeline effectively.

Awareness of sales metrics, financial impact, and margin considerations.
