E-Commerce / Export manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing the eCommerce operations of the organization. * Cataloguing & listing products on all ecommerce marketplaces. * Coordinating with Account Managers of marketplaces for inventory planning & promotions. * Forecast and secure necessary Ecommerce activation budget and resources. * Provide rigorous analysis of marketing program results, make recommendations and execute campaigns. * Ensure that new items quickly acquire adequate ratings and reviews * Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance * Identify new business opportunities in the Middle East and Africa market and achieve assigned sales targets as per annual objectives. * * Establish/build effective relationships with contractors/consultants/dealers and appoint distributors in the assigned export market. * * To meet with clients to support and grow sales volume. * * Provide leadership and guidance to our customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments. * * Attend international exhibitions/tradeshows and meetings. * * Work to develop new business and growth opportunities and manage volumes and margins to generate efficiency for manufacturing and margins for earnings. * * Investigate new sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers. * * Utilize in-depth industry knowledge to build credibility and become a trusted advisor with customers. * * Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labelling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed. * * Negotiate and monitor export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability. * * Respond promptly to customer complaints and look to find winning solutions
