Job Purpose Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting mortgage products

Responsible to achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives set by HOD in a timely manner
Screens potential brokers, Consultants (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting Mortgage products
Ensures Brokers (Individual & Corporate) receive highest level of support (Training, Onboarding, coaching, etc.)
Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on Customer Needs, Broker type and resources.
Develop and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations.
2+ years of previous experience within a Mortgage role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships.
Proven track record within a sales environment and relationship management
Successful sales background
Experience in fee-charging services.
Working closely with Sales Agents within the business
Pipeline Management and Reporting
Achieve monthly targets.
New business generation
