What you do

The Health Reinsurance Officer is responsible to provide administrative services for various reinsurance arrangements to support business growth. The incumbent will be responsible to evaluate reinsurance contracts and negotiate on the terms and conditions as per company policy.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepares new reinsurance contracts for potential and confirmed clients.oPrepares a comparison sheet listing the similarities and differences between cedents.oFollows up on all the requested signed treaty documents between the cedents, AWP Dubai and AWP Head Office (Paris and Dublin).oPrepares and monitors contracts for signature (treaties, slips, PNOCs, NDAs, brokers agreements,)oOrganizes and participates in meetings with clients and internal stakeholdersoSupport in maintaining a strong customer satisfactionoSupport in preparing minutes of meetings and follow up on actions points.oCoordinates with the Underwriting team on all late referrals and project priorities.oPerforms monthly bordereau to all clients with all booked business for confirmation in order to avoid account discrepancy with the Production/Finance team.oPrepares monthly reports showing all the business consideration cases.oMaintain a detailed record of the business pipeline and closing ratios for Treaties and jumbo/strategic accountsoMonitors the Underwriting TAT based on the quotation register sheet in order to anticipate any potential complaint and solve it before it occurs.oSupports in organizing/coordinating meeting arrangements by liaising with various stakeholdersoDocuments minutes of meeting and follows up on action items when requestedAttention to detail and ability of multi-task.Your skills and Abilities: oOrganizational& time management skills.oAbility to work under pressure to tight deadlines.oAbility to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and users.oAbility to demonstrate sounds work ethics.oThe ability to communicate sensitively and effectively within the department and other departments having regard for the strict need for confidentiality.oTo be capable of responding diplomatically to pressures and problems showing a calm approach to working towards deadlines and always able to show an innovative and creative approach to work.oAble to interpret and analyze complex data.oAble to demonstrate strong initiative with ability to work independently and maintain focus under pressure.Customer& Market Excellence: Strive for excellence at every touch point with the customeroFoster state-of-art technical/operational knowledge and strive for continuous simplificationoBe the benchmarkCollaborative Leadership: Empower the team and provide purpose and directionoDevelop people, provide feedback and care to employee wellbeingoCollaborate and exchange best practice.Entrepreneurship: Act on opportunities, anticipate trends, take risk, and promote a culture that allows for honest failureoTake ownership and responsibilityoEmbrace innovation and a culture that allows to make decisions without fear of retribution.Trust: Act with integrity, honor commitments, tell the truthoFoster diversity and inclusivenessAct transparently and promote corporate social responsibility.What you bring * Bachelor's Degree; Legal or Insurance background preferred.o2+ years relevant experience.What we offer68336 | Reinsurance | Professional | PG07 | Allianz Partners | Full-Time | Permanent
