The Opportunity
Were looking for a Business Development Director to:

• Drive growth and revenue by acquiring key clients in the UAE market from large corporates to scaling businesses.
• Shape the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Leverage your network to build high-value relationships across enterprise clients, brokers, consultants, and real estate professionals.
• Play a pivotal role in launching and scaling a high-potential business in one of the worlds fastest-growing flex space markets.

• 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in commercial real estate, flexible workspaces, or premium office solutions.
• Strong understanding of the UAE corporate landscape and proven ability to build relationships at the CXO and decision-maker level.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of helping launch or grow new business verticals or markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
