Game Preparation and Strategy:
Prepare players for games by developing game plans and strategies that suit the team's strengths and the opponents' weaknesses.
Analyze game footage and performance to provide feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Conduct pre-game and post-game reviews with players to discuss performance and areas for improvement.
Team Management:
Foster a positive team environment by promoting teamwork, discipline, and respect among players.

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and academy staff to ensure clear understanding of goals and expectations.
Player Welfare and Safety:

Administrative Duties:

Coordinate with academy administration for equipment, facilities, and other resources.
Community and Academy Engagement:
Represent the academy positively in community events, outreach programs, and public appearances.
Engage with parents and guardians to build strong relationships and support player development.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous coaching experience, especially with youth or developmental teams, is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong coaching skills with a focus on fundamental development, effective communication, and motivational abilities.
Education:
A degree in sports management, physical education, or a related field is beneficial. Coaching certifications specific to youth or academy levels are often required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to demonstrate basketball techniques and participate in practices as needed.
