Basketball Coach
Job Description
Responsibilities
Deliver fun, engaging, and structured Basketball training sessions for children and young adults (ages 6-18).
Develop players' technical skills, fitness, and tactical understanding of the game.
Create training plans aligned with the academy's philosophy and progression pathways.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all players.
Support school/academy competitions, tournaments, and events.
Communicate effectively with parents, students, and academy management.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Basketball Coach (academy or school-level preferred).
Recognized coaching qualification/certification (minimum Level 1 or equivalent).
Strong communication and motivational skills with children and youth.
Ability to manage groups effectively while maintaining discipline and respect.
Passion for sports development and growing Basketball in the UAE.
Desirable
Experience in coaching competitive teams.
First Aid & Safeguarding certification.
Multi-sport coaching experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
