Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, a good memory for recipes, and strong people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes or customer preferences
Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age
Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, and glassware
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Take and serve food orders (if applicable)
Handle cash, card payments, and tabs accurately
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Follow health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
Monitor customer behavior and respond to intoxicated guests appropriately
