What You'll Do

• Greet and engage guests warmly, ensuring a memorable bar experience
• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards
• Promote and highlight drink specials, promotions, and signature cocktails
• Manage bar inventory, stock, and equipment while maintaining cleanliness and safety
• Process guest payments accurately using cash and credit systems
• Collaborate with restaurant and service staff to deliver smooth food and beverage service
• Ensure compliance with local food handling and alcohol service regulations

Ideal Profile

• Physically fit to lift and move up to 23 kilograms, with flexibility to bend and kneel when required
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills for order handling and transactions
• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Legal eligibility to serve alcohol in Dubai and compliance with local regulations
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and guest-focused approach
