Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Engage guests with knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, providing personalized recommendations.
• Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and inventory control to ensure efficient operations.
• Work collaboratively with the service team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Adhere to all sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations in line with resort policies.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with genuine hospitality.
• Create and present signature drinks and participate in beverage innovation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of stock usage and ensure replenishment of supplies.
• Support training and development initiatives within the beverage team.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a luxury hotel, fine-dining, or award-winning restaurant.
• Professional certification such as WSET Level 2 or equivalent bar/mixology qualification.
• Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a guest-centric attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment while maintaining composure and quality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
