Accomodation: Above mentioned Salary is with Live In ; Housing is standard AED 750 PM

The Bartender\'s expertise guarantees quality and consistency of all drinks served according to company recipes and standards. Ensures timely deliveries of drinks ordered in both the public and dispense bars according to the Cycle of Service. Demonstrates technical excellence as well as warmth and personality and is an ambassador of The Companies standards and culture.

Requirements;

• Always presenting self in perfect uniform and at correct shift start time
• Attending, participating in and contributing to briefings and team meetings
• Demonstrating a positive approach to own role and teamwork
• Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team
• Completing quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover and close the bar and shift to standard
• Following all reasonable direction of the Management team
• To ensure that stock is kept safe at all times
• To ensure the bar is fully set and ready for service
• To maintain high levels of cleanliness and correct working practice.
• Previous 2-3 years experience in similar roll

Duties & Responsibilities;

• Preparing all ordered drinks to specification and maintaining product standards
• Communicating any significant stock availability issues to the team
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety and organization of the bar
• Maintaining beverage stock, garnishes and glassware as required
• Service of all drink and food orders in the public bars according to the Cycle of Service standards and timings
• Promptly and accurately transferring all bar bills to the correct Table Host and restaurant table number
• Delivering aperitifs and small drinks orders to guests at the restaurant table when required to assist Waiters in achieving Cycle of Service delivery times
• Delivering wine to Table Hosts in their section when required to assist the Table Host in achieving Cycle of Service delivery time
• Adheres to all company rules, regulations and procedures
• Ensures all legal, licensing and health and safety requirements are adhered to
• Communicates any potential problems to the duty manager
• Performs any task pertinent to the operation as directed by the duty managers and operations managers
• Receives, stores and controls beverage stocks
• Ensures beverage preparation is completed to standard to ensure recipe potential is achieved (cost of sales)
• Operates best practice to reduce wastage Is fully committed to wine, spirit, cocktail and mineral knowledge
• Receives and accurately checks beverage deliveries
• Takes responsibility for stock rotation and par level management
• Focuses completely on achievement of all Cycle of Service requirements
• To take responsibilities for delivering daily cash out without discrepancies
• Diligent on Cash and Card handling
