Job Description

Main Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Deliver outstanding, personalized guest service in line with Palazzo Versace brand values.
Engage with guests to recommend drinks and promote signature cocktails.
Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.
Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP protocols consistently.
Assist with inventory control and daily stock checks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and outlet success.
Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a luxury or high-volume environment.
Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Bartending, or Mixology.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
High level of personal presentation and professionalism.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexible, energetic, and able to work outdoors and under pressure.
