We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative

Bartender (Mocktails) with Cashier Experience

to join our team, specializing in crafting non-alcoholic beverages (mocktails) and creating a fun, engaging experience for our customers. In this role, you'll prepare a wide variety of mocktails, manage drink orders, handle customer payments, and serve snacks and desserts. You'll be the face of the bar, so it's essential to bring energy and personality to the job while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

:

- Prepare a variety of delicious and visually appealing mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Manage drink orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

- Operate the POS system to process customer transactions.

- Serve snacks, desserts, and other menu items as needed.

- Put on a show for customers--engage with them, maintain a lively and fun atmosphere, and ensure an unforgettable experience.

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a friendly and timely manner.

Qualifications

:

- Experience with beverage preparation and operating a POS system.

- Knowledge of mocktail recipes and presentation preferred.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (bartending, barista, or food & beverage service).

- Must have a Food Safety Certificate.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
