A prestigious hotel group in Qatar is seeking a skilled and guest-focused

Bartender (Barista)

with proven experience in both alcoholic and specialty coffee beverage service. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant environments, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through professional service, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of

cocktails, spirits, and wines

along with

specialty coffee and tea beverages

, ensuring consistency with brand standards. Engage with guests in a courteous and personalized manner, offering drink suggestions and responding to requests. Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene across both bar and coffee service areas, following health and safety protocols. Ensure the bar and coffee stations are well-stocked with beverages, ingredients, and supplies at all times. Operate professional equipment including

espresso machines

,

grinders

, and

bar tools

with precision and care. Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to guarantee timely and efficient beverage delivery. Monitor and control inventory, assisting with stock rotation, ordering, and waste reduction. Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, aiming to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist in the development of new beverage recipes, seasonal drink menus, and promotional offerings.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

High school diploma or a relevant qualification preferred. Minimum

2-3 years of combined experience

in

bartending and barista service

within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment (Required). Certification in

Mixology

and

Barista Training

. (Required). Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, coffee brewing methods, and current beverage trends. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. High level of professionalism and personal presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiar with hygiene and safety standards in F&B operations. Fluent in English; additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, or others) are a plus. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
