Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Barman

to join our fine-dining team. The ideal candidate will specialize in crafting premium non-alcoholic beverages and mocktails, delivering exceptional guest experiences through refined service, presentation, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality non-alcoholic cocktails (mocktails) and specialty beverages Create innovative drink recipes using fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, herbs, teas, and botanicals Recommend non-alcoholic beverage pairings to complement menu items Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and mise en place at the bar Engage with guests professionally, explaining drink concepts and flavor profiles Ensure consistency, accuracy, and elegance in all beverage presentations Monitor stock levels, freshness of ingredients, and minimize waste Collaborate with chefs and management on seasonal and signature beverage menus Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards required in fine dining
Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender, barista, or beverage specialist (fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred) Strong knowledge of flavor balance, ingredients, and beverage preparation techniques Experience with mocktails, juices, teas, coffee, or non-alcoholic spirits is an advantage Excellent communication and guest service skills High attention to detail and presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
