What you will be doing:
- Welcomes the guests and presents the bar menu and price structure, and recommends when a guest asks for assistance.
- Participates in the weekly alcohol and liquor inventory and prepares store requisitions / bar requisitions.
- Develops together with the outlet manager theme events, drink promotions and incentive arrangements.
- Works in close cooperation with all other staff assigned to the outlet, as well as Kitchen, Stewarding and Cashiers.
- Service focused personality is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
Qualifications
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Knowledge in using Micros / POS system.
- Experience in the hotel industry of at least 2-3 years.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Available to join immediatly will be advantage.
