Barista
Job Description
A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. They ensure quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer service to create a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages according to recipes
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee preparation area and equipment
Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries or concerns
Stock supplies and manage inventory for coffee and related products
Follow health and safety regulations
Key Skills:
Proficiency in operating coffee machines and equipment
Knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail for quality and presentation
Teamwork and reliability
