We are looking for a

Barista Trainer

who is passionate about coffee, skilled in all aspects of barista operations, and capable of training students and staff to professional standards. The ideal candidate should have complete knowledge and hands-on experience as a

Junior, Senior, and Head Barista

, with the ability to teach and demonstrate coffee-making techniques, customer service standards, and beverage presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Train and mentor students and staff on all levels of barista skills -- from beginner to advanced. Prepare and demonstrate a wide variety of

coffee beverages

, including espresso, cappuccino, latte art, cold brew, and specialty drinks. Teach

mocktail and beverage preparation

, including recipes, presentation, and garnishing techniques. Conduct theoretical and practical sessions on coffee origin, roasting, grinding, brewing, and machine maintenance. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation in all beverages prepared during training. Develop training materials, manuals, and checklists for new trainees. Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the training area. Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Stay updated with the latest coffee trends, brewing methods, and cafe operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Head Barista / Barista Trainer / Senior Barista

. Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting, extraction, brewing, and equipment calibration. Expertise in preparing

hot and cold coffees, mocktails, and creative beverages

. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in

English

is mandatory;

Hindi or Arabic

is preferred. Must be

presentable, punctual, and passionate about teaching

Based on experience and skills.
