We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee making, espresso techniques, latte art, and specialty coffee brewing, with the ability to teach and inspire students of all skill levels.

Responsibilities:

Conduct practical and theoretical barista training sessions for students. Demonstrate proper espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art techniques. Teach specialty coffee brewing methods (pour-over, French press, Aeropress, etc.). Mentor and guide students to develop professional coffee skills and customer service excellence. Maintain and troubleshoot coffee machines and training equipment. Stay updated with the latest trends in coffee and cafe operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a professional barista and trainer. Strong knowledge of coffee theory, espresso machines, and brewing methods. Excellent communication and teaching skills. Passion for coffee and developing talent in others. Ability to work flexible hours as per training schedule.
