. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso drinks, tea, smoothies, etc.)
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and seating area
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Manage POS transactions and handle cash/card payments
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in opening/closing duties of the cafe
Requirements:
Previous barista or cafe experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Good communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, teamwork, and honesty
Basic English communication required
Must be currently in UAE or available to relocate to Sharjah
