Key Responsibilities :

Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist with check-ins, bookings, and general inquiries at the front desk.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and lounge areas.
Provide basic information about gym services, memberships, and facilities.
Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling for personal training or spa services (if applicable).
Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly.
Prepare and serve coffee, smoothies, protein shakes, and other health-focused beverages/snacks.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the area, equipment, and tools.
Manage stock levels and communicate supply needs to management.
Follow food safety regulations and ensure high-quality preparation.
Promote featured drinks and cafe promotions to members.
