Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies.
Ensure all beverages are consistently prepared and presented in line with luxury brand standards.
Greet and interact with guests in a warm, professional, and attentive manner.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the coffee station and surrounding service areas.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and replenish supplies as required.
Operate coffee machines and equipment safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
Address guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations and overall hotel service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma; barista certification or professional training from a recognized institute is an advantage.
Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a barista in a luxury 5star hotel or resorts in GCC.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, brewing methods, latte art, and equipment handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-focused mindset.
Genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional service.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Well-groomed with a professional appearance that aligns with five-star hygiene and grooming standards.
Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
