Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies.
Ensure beverages are consistently prepared and presented according to luxury brand standards.
Greet and engage guests warmly, professionally, and attentively.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the coffee station and service areas.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and restock supplies as needed.
Operate coffee equipment safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth outlet and overall hotel operations.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma; barista certification or professional training from a recognized institute is preferred.
3+ years' experience
as a barista in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, latte art, and brewing equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Well-groomed and professional appearance in line with five-star hygiene and grooming standards.
