Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve specialty coffee, including espresso-based beverages and brewed coffee
Create iced teas and mocktails with consistent taste, quality, and presentation
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at the beverage station
Handle daily opening and closing procedures for the barista station
Monitor stock levels and support basic inventory coordination
Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards
Provide a warm, professional, and premium customer experience suited to a boutique salon environment
Requirements
Proven experience as a Barista, preferably within specialty coffee
Strong skills in iced tea and mocktail preparation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused appearance
Immediate availability is preferred
