Preparing drinks such as espresso based drinks, smoothies, teas and desserts in a timely manner
Make basic latte art on drinks (Coffee and Tea based drinks)
Beverage bar mise en place, restocking and stock counting
Develop new drinks for special occasions that are aesthetically pleasing and tasty
Interacting with customers by taking orders, making recommendations, providing accurate bills, serving them food and drinks, processing payments, and supplying them with whatever they need in a timely manner
Maintain the cleanliness of the work section, tables, restaurant & bar environment, and all equipment used
Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking items according to the SOP
Working with back-of-the-house and management team closely to provide great service to customers and solving issues
Maximise revenue and increase average spend per person through up-selling, high customer service standards, effective training and motivational techniques

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
A friendly and attentive attitude, willing to learn
Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service and quality beverages
Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends
