Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and taking their orders
Preparing a wide range of coffee drinks, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, and iced coffee
Operating and maintaining coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders
Keeping the coffee station clean and well-stocked with supplies such as coffee beans, syrups, and cups
Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and adhering to food safety guidelines
Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns or complaints
