Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused
female Barista
to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience Handle cash and card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and customer areas Follow health and safety guidelines Restock inventory and assist in store opening/closing procedures Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a cafe setting is a plus (training provided for the right candidate) Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and work under pressure Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
