Barista
Reports to: Restaurant Manager / Head Barista
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to create and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, has excellent customer service skills, and can work efficiently in a busy environment. You will be an ambassador for our brand and our coffee products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee Preparation: Prepare a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) to a consistently high standard, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Machine Maintenance: Operate, clean, and maintain all coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinders, etc.) to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. Process payments accurately.
• Inventory Management: Monitor coffee bean, milk, and syrup stock levels, informing the manager when supplies are low.
• Side Duties: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning tables and the service area as needed.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain excellent knowledge of all coffee blends, teas, and other beverages offered.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Barista.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for the coffee industry.
• Ability to operate an espresso machine and other cafe equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and neatly in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
