Job Description

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, serve beverages, and handle transactions. Provide excellent customer service, creating an environment where customers feel welcome and appreciated. Beverage Preparation: Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment to ensure health and safety regulations are met. Menu Knowledge: Understand the menu and be able to explain it to customers, including details about coffee blend, tea variety, and food items. Cash Handling: Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures. Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and professional work environment. Inventory Management: Restock supplies, maintain inventory, and inform management of low stock levels. Quality Control: Regularly taste coffee and tea to ensure quality and consistency. Qualifications: Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
