Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications when preparing drinks
- Follow health and safety guidelines when preparing and serving drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Receive and process customer payments
- Greet customers and take orders
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing polite and efficient service
- Previous experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques
- Ability to operate coffee and espresso machines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
