Job Summary: Looking for a Barista in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must have previous experience working as a barista, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a coffee shop or similar setting
Should have a strong passion for coffee and with good knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing techniques as well as latte art
Must be able to consistently produce high-quality coffee beverages, paying attention to taste, presentation as well as customer preferences
Good customer service skills with the ability to engage, assist and build rapport with a diverse range of customers
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to create visually appealing latte art
Should be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
Must have good knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe work environment
