Barista

Location: Dubai, AE

Operation Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene standards and monitor regularly through audit and quality checks as per operational requirements

Work within operational procedures to ensure food and beverage preparation process remain within company and municipality guidelines

Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts against purchases and reconcile receipts with sales figures

Prepare beverages in accordance with set standards and recipes

Complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items including Coffee

Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the

customer 's expectations.

Take and process customer 's orders in an accurate and timely manner

Follow sequence of service standards as per brand guidelines

Ensure food/beverage quality and consistency is delivered at all times as per brand guidelines and

company standards

Maintain optimum stock levels to ensure smooth running of operations to cater for customer

demand

Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work

Apply and follow MAF Retail's Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures and instructions

Minimum Qualifications/Education

High school Degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Minimum experience

0-2 years operational experience in relevant role in F&B

Skills

Highly organized with strong multitasking skills

Adapt in a multicultural environment

Excellent listening abilities

High attention to detail

English (Full professional proficiency - Required); Arabic is preferable
